• Research of wedding professionals in each category to include venue selection

• Venue walk-through to determine layout and décor

• Organize wedding rehearsal

• Develop wedding day Timeline

• Oversee vendor setup at ceremony & reception site

• Décor styling for ceremony & reception site

• Distribute all flowers to wedding party, family members & special guests

• Properly line up processional & cue musicians

• Facilitate the wedding ceremony

• Coordinate with DJ/Band all announcements/events during reception

• Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances

• Be prepared to meet any emergency situation

• Assist with breakdown of venue at the end of the reception​
